Shipping charges may be covered by abhyasa Ayurveda based on the order value or available promotions. In cases of returns, abhyasa Ayurveda will bear the return shipping cost, even if the original item wasn’t shipped free of charge.

Product Quality

All items are thoroughly checked for defects and carefully packed. However, abhyasa Ayurveda is not liable for damages occurring during shipping.

No Returns/Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for items sold online or offline. Used items cannot be resold to maintain product quality.

International Orders

No returns or exchanges are available. Cancellation and refund are only possible before the item is dispatched. Orders already shipped are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. If eligible, prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Special Circumstances

If you receive items that do not match your order, the missing or incorrect items will be resent free of charge.

If a prepaid order is not delivered, we will either resend the items or refund the order amount after deducting ₹150 in shipping charges, based on your preference.

Products received in damaged condition or past their expiration date will be replaced at no additional cost.

Product Availability

Due to high demand or supply limitations, abhyasa Ayurveda may restrict the number of items available for purchase. We reserve the right to modify order quantities or cancel orders if stock becomes unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
